Very pleased with our experience in selling our home with Jaana! I had actually signed up with another realtor who I knew previously but was unhappy with his approach to lowball the price of our home to make a quick sale. On advice from a friend, we contacted Jaana and she not only listened to us but got us a sale relatively quickly in a slowing market, and got us a final sale price $14K higher than the previous realtor wanted to start the listing at! She was responsive, super helpful and very accommodating. When I asked about doing an open house, she set it right up.
